Westminster City Council asked us to produce a video on the housing needs of local residents for an upcoming conference. We spent two days filming with a housing officer thoughout the borough. It was important to ensure that the subject was calm and relaxed so that they could speak freely. We suggested using an establishing shot of each subject in their own environment in order to provide some local context. The video was shown at the conference and used to stimulate debate.
