Our Services

We are a full service production company. That means we work throughout the process, from ideas and scripts, to filming, editing, duplication, conversion and distribution. Development

Programme/Concept Design

This is a complimentary service included with all our productions. It involves creating the overall plan or blueprint of the production using our unique Video Design Tool.

Script Writing

This involves us researching and writing the complete programme. We are as likely to do this in-house as outsourcing it. This is because we work with a range of experts in particular types of videos - training, marketing etc - and particular industry experts. We also find that it provides us with a fresh approach.

Video Pre Production Services

Story boarding and Animatics

We produce a storyboard or animated sequence using photos or drawings that depict the flow of the video. It allows us to highlight potential interesting or challenging shots and provides you with a more accurate portrayal of the video. This stage is followed by an approvals meeting which gives you the opportunity to talk through the video and approve the next steps. Sometimes this stage may be combined with the Video Design Edit.

Scheduling and Logistics

This is a very important part of pre production. We will work with you to organise the shoot at a time that causes you the least distraction but allows us to get the best shots for your video. Sometimes this may mean working over a weekend. It involves a fine balance between not distracting your work environment and ensuring that you get the maximum value from the production unit. In other words, ensuring we get the best shots. We recommend that you provide us with a dedicated area where we can have complete control. That way you get most out of having us on location and otherwise you end up with a compromised video.

Location Sourcing and Recce

Where a suitable location is not available to you we will source the location - be it recreating a location in a studio or finding a location. We have contacts throughout the country and have sourced locations as far as Chicago, Toronto, China and Spain. We will handle all local government passes and deal with all the paperwork.

When we have agreed upon a suitable location we will often have to carry out a recce of the area. This is to identify the types of shots that are possible and to ensure that we cater for all eventualities - electricity, health and safety etc.

Casting, Artist and Interviewee Sourcing

If actors are required we will agree with you the look we want and then carry out casting sessions. We can also source artists or subjects to be interviewed. We once sourced 25 girls to talk about their first sexual experiences for a sexual health website. If we can do that, we can do anything!

Video Production Services

Mobile Production Unit for a Quick Turnaround

With our mobile production unit we are able to film on location, edit on location and deliver within hours. The key to the quick turnaround is planning. Once we have finished filming the footage is edited in our mobile video editing suite. Once we have a rough edit put together it is available for you and your management and legal advisors to approve. We will then carry on with the fine tuning and deliver to you in the agreed format.

Shooting Formats - Film and Video

We firmly believe that the shooting format should be decided upon by the content or message that you wish to convey. That's why we are not loyal to any particular type of format. We work with HD (High Definition), HDV(High Definition Video), Digi Beta(Digital Betacam), Betacam, DV Cam and DV (Digital Video). We also work with film - both 16mm film, super 16mm film and 35mm film.

Teleprompter or Autocue

We can supply autocues for use in interview situations. This allows you to have the script available to those being interviewed or addressing the camera.

Interviewers and Presenters

We can supply all types of interviewers from celebrities to industry experts. Many of our interviewers are trained journalists and write for publications and newspapers such as the Financial Times. They are also trained in working with people with and without media experience.

Studio Shoots

We can shoot some productions from our own studio in Battersea, London. For particular shoots, such as a pack shot or something requiring specialist lighting we work from a studio. We have a number of contacts across Europe so can shoot from a studio that is close to you.

Chromakey or Green Screen

Chromakey can be great way of placing your subject in a different or more interesting place. We shoot a complete chromakey either in the studio or on location.

Cranes, Car and Helicopter Shoots

The results of using specialist equipment can be really worth it. We can use a crane, attach a camera to a moving vehicle or helicopter to get that really special shot. There's pretty much nothing we wouldn't try putting a camera on - health and safety providing of course!

Live Webcasting

We can webcast or stream your event live to your audience - internally or externally. We can provide a hosting page that requires people to register to watch the video and advise on the quality and formats that will work best for your audience.

We will edit in the style that works best for you, your audience and the content.

Animation and Graphics

We can produce any sorts of animation to help you convey your message.

Artist and Voice Over Recording

As well as sourcing voice over artists we have a full recording studio and professional sound engineer. We have worked with many famous artists and for the major record labels.

Colour Grading

Following approval of the edit we can carry out a colour grade of the video to improve the overall look.

Online Video Encoding

We can take your video and encode it into any format required for delivery over the internet - on a website or as an email video. We cover all the the main video formats - Flash Video, Real Player, Windows Media Player and Quicktime. We will also advise on which is the best format for your audience and on what the encoding parameters should be.

Online Video Hosting

We can host your video for you. This may be as a download, progressive download or streamed. Again, we will advise what suits your best.

Online Video Web Design

Sometimes you may want your audience to register before watching a video online, you may want a particular type of webpage for the video or you may want your audience to fill out a questionnaire after they have watched the video. Just ask and we will deliver.

Online Video Distribution

We can take your video and seed it. That means we can place it on the sites relevant to your audience in order to generate some buzz and to get the video seen by your target market.

Duplication

We can take care of your complete DVD duplication from small to large runs. To ensure you have high a hi hg rate of compatibility with DVD players and that your DVD will last we only use the best quality DVDs. DVDs aren't created equal!

DVD Menu Design

If you want a DVD menu that breaks up the programme or involves more than one video then we can create Hollywood like DVD menus for you.

DVD Artwork and Packaging

The truth is that people do judge a book or DVD by its cover. So its best to have a professional looking cover and packaging to go with your DVD and we can do just that for you.

Music Composition, Licensing and Sourcing

If you need music for your video our award winning composer can create a masterpiece for you . Or if you have a masterpiece in mind we can negotiate with the copyright owners on your behalf. On the other hand, we have access to the largest library music available at a favourable prices. You may not know the genre and type of music you want. If so we can advise you on what works best and provide samples for you to listen to.

5.1 + Stereo Mixing - Music Editing

We are experienced in mixing and editing 5.1 + stereo film /orchestral scores ready for the final mix in dolby.

Sound Post Production

All post sound editing requirements are also taken care of here using pro tools, Logic Pro, Nuendo.

Transfers and conversions

We specialise in bespoke transfer solutions encompassing most Digital / Analogue configurations. Frame rate conversions (Gear-boxing) - audio pull up pull down - re editing - cram transfers. We pride ourselves on our double checking process and at the end of each job deliver a fully documented technical information pack. Between our two engineers we have more than 30 years experience in this field. We can obtain hard to find stock quickly so deliverables can be ready in a matter of days.
