Free Initial Consultation with VBM's Video Design Tool

We begin with a consultation to find out what your requirements are. What do you want the video to achieve? Who's your audience? What are your specific objectives? What are your initial ideas? What is your budget range? What's the timescale?

Since we have found that many of our clients are commissioning a video for the first time and aren't sure how to write a video brief, we developed our Video Design Tool. This is a unique and exclusive tool to VBM. We use it to help write the brief and ultimately the blue print for the video. It's like our black box for video design. Which allows us to focus the consultation on you and your requirements rather than the technicalities of video production.

During the consultation we will show you some examples of our work and we will also prepare a competitor analysis.

Video Production Made Easy

At VBM we insist upon straight talk. We are not interested in blinding you with science and technology. Talking about pixels, codecs and plops. We have developed our style of video production to ensure we remain focused on your objectives and ensure that you don't get bogged down in jargon and the specifics of video production.

Our aim is to help you do your job more easily by ensuring that commissioning a video is easy and has little or no impact on your daily routine. You are assigned a senior producer who will project manage the production for you. That means providing a complete production schedule breakdown that also outlines when your feedback is required so you can plan your own schedule. We also use an online status tool so that you can monitor exactly where we are in the schedule.

Concept Edit

We have found that many of our clients, especially those new to video production, find it really helpful to get a feel or an insight to the type of video that is possible. So we have developed what we call the Concept Edit. This involves us creating a short video that depicts the overall style and content of what the finished video could look like. This also helps to ensure that we are both reading from the same page so we can iron out any discrepancies as early as possible.
